    Structural walk-through, moisture survey, soil evaluation, documented photos.

  2. 02

    Strategize

    Method chosen to the failure — piers, crack injection, or partial rebuild — with written scope.

  3. 03

    Execute

    Excavate, underpin or inject, monitor movement, restore grade and masonry.

  4. 04

    Inspect

    Final walk-through with the client; written summary; warranted workmanship.
